By accessing this site, creating an account, placing an order, submitting blend inputs, or otherwise using AllSpicing services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related company policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, account holders, gift purchasers, and anyone interacting with AllSpicing online or through support channels.

All listings, flavor notes, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Product pages, spice-library content, and generated recommendations are informational and do not guarantee stock, compatibility, or outcome.

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, cancel, or refuse any order in whole or in part for inventory, pricing, fraud, safety, compliance, shipping, or business reasons, including after an order confirmation has been sent.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for product price, shipping, handling, taxes, and any approved adjustments.

We are not responsible for bank fees, issuer fees, foreign transaction fees, or delays caused by payment processors. If a pricing or billing error occurs, we may cancel or correct the affected order before shipment.

AllSpicing sells food products intended for culinary use. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients, product descriptions, and any disclosed allergen or handling information before purchase or consumption.

When you use our blend creation or recommendation tools, you remain responsible for the inputs you provide, the combinations you select, and the suitability of the final product for your needs.

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery performance depends on carrier operations, address accuracy, weather, access issues, and other external factors.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where non-waivable law requires otherwise.

Returns, credits, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Shipping Policy, each incorporated into these terms by reference. We may require photographs, order information, or other documentation before issuing a remedy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, content, services, and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, absolute security, specific culinary outcomes, or compatibility with every dietary, household, or commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSpicing and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to site use, orders, delays, custom blends, support interactions, or product use.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of AllSpicing's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
